Kala Sampada is a registered Institute (Reg No : JNR-S331) under Karnataka Society Registration Act, 1960 Section 13) in Bangalore. The institute is affiliated to Pracheen Kala Kendra Chandigarh (Reg. No. NZ1530). The institute is established to preserve and promote rich Indian cultural heritage and to give a holistic development to the next generation. Founded by Veena Chikkanahalli Seshadri Kala Sampada enshrines the philosophies of Indian culture. Her approach encompasses training students in dance and dance aesthetics in taking keen interest in related fields such as Carnatic Vocal, Mridangam, Sanskrit and Bhagvad Gita. Currently more than 150 students including some from deprived backgrounds are being trained in Bharatanatyam. The institute has taken keen interest in preserving and presenting Indian classical dance in its pure form.
Kala Sampada takes selected students to different national and international festivals and events. Apart from regular training these students participating in programmes are given special training in stage presentation, skills of character portrayal, team work, coordination, costume and make-up Each event is an experience by itself and students develop their skills multifolds and the team gels as a family.
Kala Sampada an institute run completely by women encourages and gives training to Underprivileged upcoming budding art students in India. The institute sponsors their studies, promotes the
m in events and festivals and mentors them to become professional artist.

Theory: Hasta bheda and their Viniyogas,Pada Bheda, and their viniyogas, Shiro Bheda, Drishti Bheda, Greeva Bheda,Bharathanatyam history Abhinaya, Navarasa and Nayika Nayaka Bhava.
Taala sessiona: Suladi Sapta Taala in 3 speeds with knowledge of different Jaathi’s of Taala, Training to sing the different items learnt in class.
Natyashastra sessions: Special theory sessions to learn the shlokas in Natyashastra with meaning.

Bharatanatyam classes every weekday- 4.30 PM to 6.30 PM for beginners and other regular batches.
Advanced classes for seniors on weekends and early mornings.
Theory class for all batches during their regular class hours.

Participation in Competition: Students of Kala Sampada have made a mark and brought laurels in Bhagavad Geeta Recitation Competition conducted by ISKCON, Chinmaya Mission, Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthana Samiti, Bnagalore, Sandeepani Gurukula, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mysore Datta Peeta to name a few, The students are appreciated for their clear diction and confident recital.
Sponsor a Child Program
Training students for more than two decades, Kala Sampada encourages and gives art and skill training to economically deprived students. The institute sponsors their studies, promotes them in events and festivals and supports in enhancing their skills. Kala Sampada trains the economically deprived students towards a culturally oriented value based Skill Development Training Programme. Currently there are more than 15 economically deprived students learning in Kala Sampada. Sponsor a Child program is a platform to sponsor for a child’s development apart form one’s own.
Affiliated to Pracheen Kala Kendra Chandigarh, Kala Sampada is a centre for Sangeetha, Recitation and Classical Dance examination from Praveshika to Visharad levels in Bengaluru.
Apart from this the students of Kala Sampada make their mark every academic year by appearing in different levels of dance exams conducted by Akhil Bharathiya Gandarva Mahavidyalay Mandal Mumbai.
